Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational culture and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on workplace values, collaboration, and leadership development.
- Advise leadership on culture change initiatives, organizational alignment, and best practices.
- Monitor and measure the impact of culture initiatives using surveys and metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to leaders and teams during transformation initiatives.
