Job Summary
We are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead D&I initiatives, strategies, and programs across client organizations. The role will ensure D&I principles are embedded into workplace culture, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement D&I strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Design and facilitate training programs on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate D&I into recruitment, retention, and development initiatives.
- Monitor metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to D&I programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
